  • Welcome to IDT 2023 

The Revolution 4.0 refers to the fourth industrial revolution, characterized by the integration of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, theInternet of Things (IoT), and automation into the manufacturing sector. It aims to create smart factories, where physical and digital systems interact and cooperate with each other to create a more flexible, efficient, and sustainable production process. The goal of the Revolution 4.0 is to enhance industrial production with data-driven decision making, predictive maintenance, and personalized products.
The Information Systems Engineering Research Team (ERISI) of ENSA Tetuan, Morocco has the great pleasure to invite you to participate in an International Workshop on Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation, organized in the form of plenary sessions, seminars and collaborative workshops to be held over three days from 10 to 12 March 2023 at the ENSA of Abdelmalek Essaadi University, Tetouan, Morocco.
The IDT 2023 International Workshop on Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation represents a new platform for knowledge exchange, review and discussion of theoretical advances, research results and industrial experiences, among scientists, researchers, decision-makers, practitioners and students dealing with subjects related to the themes of this event. We invite all authors to participate and contribute through their communication, innovative research or technological development work and also to explore with us the latest news, opinions and developments in the exciting world of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
We look forward to meeting you at the National School of Applied Science of Tetouan (ENSATE), Morocco during March 2023!

  •  Call for Contributions

All honorable authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the IDT2023  through submissions of their research abstracts, articles/papers and posters. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation are cordially invited for presentation at the IDT2023. The topics of international Workshop IDT2023 cover all scientific areas namely  Artificial Intelligence, applied computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, geology, Agronomics, human sciences and medicine.

All subjects related to the workshop themes mentioned above will be accepted. All you have to do is indicate the chosen research axis. Remote sessions – in limited numbers – will be considered for participants who will not be able to travel.
  • Paper Submission

The articles/papers must describe original results on the proposed topics for consideration by the Technical Program Committee. Articles/Papers should be submitted in a PDF format. Selected papers from those presented in the workshop will be published in   international journals indexed.
Prospective authors should submit by using  online paper submission platform ici, a paper of 4 to 6 pages maximum, including references in scholarly English and describing their original work using these template.
  • Publication

Proceedings
All accepted papers and presented during the workshop IDT2023 will be published in the Workshop proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the  International Journal of Scientific Research and Doctoral Studies ( 2665-8763). https://rirsed.com/ .
Publication
Papers of particular merit will be recommended for a possible special issue in well indexed international journals. Furthermore, authors of high-quality contributions will be invited to submit an extended version of their work for potential publication in a special issue/section of an international journal indexed SCOPUS https://www.e3s-conferences.org/ . The publication charges will be paid by each author of accepted papers.

Title: Improving human health: Challenges and Methodology for controlling thermal doses during Cancer therapeutic treatment

Biographical Sketch: 
 Responsible of the LIMA laboratory CANADA, received the B.Ing. and M.Sc.A in electrical engineering from Université du Québec (UQTR), Québec, Canada in 1988 and 1990 respectively. He also received the Ph.D. in Energy and Material sciences in 1995 from INRS-Energy et Materia Montréal, Québec, Canada. A year also, he had become a professor of Electro-thermo-mechanical aspects at NSERC -Hydro-Quebec Industrial Research Chair at Electrical Engineering Department of the UQTR. Since 1998, he has been with UQO (Université du Québec in Outaouais), where he is currently titular professor and responsible of the LIMA laboratory LIMA (Advanced Microsystem Engineering Laboratory) developing algorithms for Microsystems thermo-mechanical monitoring and associated distributed sensors network. His research interest is the fields of automatic IP porting tools between different technology nodes and LAIC systems thermo-mechanical prediction unit and monitoring methods to sustain transient thermo-mechanical stress peaks reliability. He is the author/co-author of more than 150 scientific publications and research report, and thesis advisor of 60 graduate and undergraduate students who completed their studies.

Title: Energy autonomy in IoT technologies and sensors

Biographical Sketch
Mohamed LATRACH (IEEE Member and URSI-France Member) received the Ph.D. degree in electronics from the University of Limoges, Limoges, France, in 1990. He is Professor of microwave engineering at Western School of Electronics (ESEO), Angers, France. He is member of RF-EMC research group, Angers and Research Associate at the IETR, University of Rennes. His main research interests are in the area of design and analysis of various antenna types, metamaterials, hybrid and MMIC circuits, wireless sensors, RFID, IoT, wireless power transfer and energy harvesting. Mohamed LATRACH has supervised several doctoral, postdoctoral and master/engineer students. He has many publications and book chapters in the RF and microwave fields. He also holds three patents. He serves as a reviewer for various journals and congress. He has delivered numerous invited presentations and has participated in many projects.

Summary of the intervention:  
Industry 4.0, also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is a term used to describe the integration of advanced technologies into various industries, including the use of artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and other digital technologies. The impact of Industry 4.0 on the workforce and job market has been significant and far-reaching, with both opportunities and challenges. On one hand, it has led to increased efficiency, automation, and the creation of new and high-skilled jobs. On the other hand, it has also resulted in the displacement of workers in traditional, manual jobs, and the need for upskilling and reskilling of the workforce to keep pace with the rapidly evolving technology landscape. The impact of Industry 4.0 is likely to continue to shape the job market and workforce for years to come, and it is crucial for workers and businesses alike to adapt to these changes and take advantage of the opportunities that it presents.

Biographical Sketch:
Yassine Moumen,  a dedicated and driven PhD student in the field of artificial intelligence, is currently pursuing their doctoral degree at Abdelmalek Essaadi University. With more than 10 years of experience in Computer Science, this brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his research. His research focuses on the optimization of NP-complete problems. He has already published several papers, articles in respected journals, and he has presented his work at numerous conferences, workshops. In addition to his research, Yassine is a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with years of experience in the technology industry, has a passion for automation, continuous integration and delivery, and cloud computing. Having honed his skills in software development and system administration through positions at renowned companies such as Oracle, Orange Business Services, and now Ubisoft Canada, he is dedicated to provide mentorship and guidance to other students.

Summary
Industrie 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution with a focus on integrating digital, physical and biological systems to improve production and delivery. The Moroccan industry market is undergoing a transformation with the integration of Industrie 4.0 becoming crucial. My speech will cover introduction, literature review, key components of Industrie 4.0, barriers to transfer, maturity index, and case studies of successful application in Morocco.

Project experience encompasses data visualization, augmented reality, predictive analysis, and automated processes. Led projects, recruited IT profiles and managed teams. Projects include development of recommendation systems, visualizing sales trends, automating recruitment processes, decoding VINs, and automating redundant processes.

Machine Learning Scientist – Data Scientist

Biographical Sketch: Researcher in Data Science in Smart Cities at the INPT-Rabat, with a background in Operational Research and Data Science Engineering. with 4 years of experience as a data scientist, including working at Digital for Research and as a freelance python developer. Imad HAJJAJI possess expertise in data analysis, smart grid, optimization, telecommunication, and IoT, and have a good understanding of tools such as Pandas, TensorFlow, Django, and PyTorch. The individual has published several papers in AI, power consumption, and energy consumption.

Digital Twins R&D axis leader in the National Project ‘Smart Connected Mine (Consortium: MAScIR- MANAGEM- REMINEX-UCA-ENSIAS-ENIM) which aim is to study, design and deploy impactful AI-based innovative solutions to mitigate the variabilities and challenges facing the mining industry sector.

Biographical Sketch:
Data analyst with 1+ years of experience in market intelligence analysis and project management. Anass HAMOUCH has worked at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a data analyst and at INSPECTION GENERALE BNP PARISBAS as a project and budget manager. He completed an internship at Morocco Technical Center Groupe PSA, where he developed a tool for simulating electric vehicle battery consumption. In addition, Anass HAMOUCH has completed personal projects such as a survey on student living standards, a task management dashboard, and a tweet analysis.

 A highly skilled Business and Data Analyst with experience at both Mubawab and as a freelancer. Mohammed JAROU has a strong background in defining KPIs, creating analytical dashboards, data analysis with Python, financial analysis and sales operations. Mohammed JAROU is proficient in various programming languages, including Python, Power BI, Tableau, Django, SQL and R, and has expertise in data modelling, machine learning and deep learning. These notable freelance projects include web applications with Django, stock chart pattern recognition with ML and text to data conversion using OCR.
